- Mesh specification: Marked by "mesh count" or "aperture", e.g., 50 mesh (approx. 0.297mm aperture), 100 mesh (approx. 0.149mm aperture); it can also be directly marked with aperture (e.g., 0.5mm, 1mm).
- Wire diameter: Common range is 0.1mm-2mm, e.g., 0.2mm (fine mesh), 1.5mm (coarse mesh), which affects mesh surface strength and filtration precision.
- Mesh surface size: Regular sizes include 300×500mm, 500×1000mm; special sizes (e.g., circular, irregular shapes) can also be customized on demand.
- Material specification: Specify pure copper (red copper) or copper alloy (e.g., brass H62, phosphor bronze); marking the material grade improves accuracy.
- Filtration precision: Corresponding to the minimum particle size of intercepted impurities, e.g., 50μm, 100μm, which needs to match the mesh specification.
- Temperature resistance range: Pure copper usually withstands 200-300℃; copper alloys can withstand over 400℃ depending on their composition, and the upper limit must be clearly marked.
- Mechanical strength: Marked by tensile strength or compressive strength, e.g., ≥200MPa, to ensure adaptation to high-pressure working conditions (e.g., hydraulic systems).
- Shape customization: Can be processed into cylindrical (e.g., diameter 50mm × length 200mm), sheet, folded shapes, etc.
- Surface treatment: Some can undergo nickel plating or passivation to improve corrosion resistance; the treatment method and effect must be marked.
